Who we are

This website is run by Ali Hmoud, a RERA-registered broker (BRN 55772) with fäm Real Estate Brokers (fäm Properties), RERA ORN 1858, Office 303 & 304, Building 13, Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. Contact: ali.h@famproperties.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, country of residence, preferred language, and the answers you choose about residence, purpose, budget, timeframe, funding and decision-making, plus any notes you write. We also record which page and campaign link brought you here (for example utm or click identifiers). Our analytics are cookieless: we count page views and clicks without identifying you.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare the comparison you asked for, to keep a record of our conversation, and to understand which pages and campaigns are useful. We send the monthly private list only if you tick the box asking for it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (delivering your enquiry to Ali by email) and Brevo (contact records and email). They act on our instructions. Your details may be stored outside your country, including in the EU and the US, under these providers' safeguards. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if you become a client and the law requires us to keep transaction records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or stop marketing at any time by emailing ali.h@famproperties.com. Depending on where you live, laws including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, UK GDPR, Saudi Arabia's PDPL, India's DPDP Act and the EU GDPR may give you further rights, including complaining to your data-protection authority.

Advertising

If we use advertising measurement tags (Google, Meta or LinkedIn), they will load only after you agree to them, and you can change your choice at any time.
